Mining doors

DMF ‘s flexible mining door designed to solve all extra ordinary door requirements with no limitations of width or height. Vertical lifting fabric hangar doors were initially developed in the 1980s for the needs of mine maintenance workshops, and shipyards’ shipbuilding facilities. Due to the need of special requirements of mining applications,  doors need to withstand extreme properties. DMF is the agent for Shipyarddoor in Turkey, who is manufactured their first doors after increasing ship building business in Turkey at 2003.

Special doors can be manufactured for special requirements like crane doors sound insulated doors etc. The mining industry has own special requirements. It has worst operational conditions in the world for any type of application. These can include extreme dust, very hard climatic conditions extreme, cold and high temperatures,  high attitude transport problem and extreme working cycles. Conventional doors presented for mining applications will come with problem in these conditions. High maintenance requirements, unsuitable structure for extreme outside conditions, expensive spare part and service. DMF mining hangar doors are evaluated by clients feedback from global projects by the principal, and  mixed with our great experience, results in a large doors that is supremely designed.
