DMF have experienced a very good bounce back after the disruptions of Covid over the last few years. This has resulted in the last 12 months being one of the strongest in the history of DMF’s 55 years of trading in the flexible and high speed door market. These increases can be attributed to . .

  • Some large local projects in Sydney area
  • Greater level of projects in Sth Aust via our partner
  • Higher level of exports to NZ
  • Significant projects with BHP at remote mine sites
  • Increased service capabilities

DMF are always looking at ways to expand their market exposure, and how to enter new markets for the product range. This includes from the flexible PVC range, swing doors and our premium rapid roller doors. There are the more common applications such as for warehousing, chillers, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, carwashes, and manufacturing facilities, but sometimes clients come to DMF to assist with a design scope for unusual applications. In the past, this has included butterfly enclosures, tunnel draft control, machine enclosures and sound suppression to name a few. Being the manufacturer, we are able to customize products very carefully to suit highly specific applications. In addition, DMF will always remain to provide a quality product and good back up service, and have partners around Australia, NZ and SE Asia who also carry these principles.
