DMF were requested to provide a solution to a client’s warehouse in Sydney that was currently utilizing old roller shutter doors. With the need for high use, fast action and after hours security, DMF were able to offer the Efaflex SST model. This model can tolerate 200,00 cycles per annum and boasts a 2m/sec opening speed, compared with the roller shutter at only 0.2m/sec . . . that is 10 times faster. The result was greater productivity and efficiency for the client.

The roller shutter doors were completely removed and replaced with the Efaflex high speed doors, which also could be locked at night giving an equivalent level of security. The doors were custom manufactured in Germany to the size required, and with some additional fixing supports, were installed and commissioned to the high satisfaction of the client.
