Rapid roll doors for carwashes

DMF International have installed hundreds of rapid roll doors for carwash applications nationwide, and throughout NZ. The RL3000E has a design suited to these applications, by integrating with the carwash control system, to be fully automated in the process of the wash cycle. The doors are constructed with anodised aluminium columns, with additional stainless steel fixtures and components, and primarily are supplied with a 2mm – 4mm thick clear PVC door blade which provides excellent sound insulation. Door settings are controlled via a encoder system and programmable HMI controller, exclusive to the DMF range. DMF recently completed an additional project for a client requiring two high speed RL3000E doors for a site in Darwin NT. With IP65 motors, and full safety sensors, these doors were required to not only provide sound insulation during the wash cycle, but also minimise spray from the auto wash system.
