DMF recently completed a project installing over 20 units of Series RL3000E Rapid Roll doors into a new food production facility in south western Sydney. The client required a reliable door that would offer the seal required to meet the stringent standards for food processing. The RL3000E is a gravity type door utilising our unique HMI single phase control system, allowing full programming of the door, and limit setting via an encoder. Multiple safety sensors were employed to ensure complete safe use by all operators in the plant. The door panel is constructed from an anti tear polyskin 900gsm material, and is supported by horizontal alum wind bars, that also enable panel sections to be replaced. A full width clear vision window is included providing brilliant vision through the roll door panel. This is important when combinations of pedestrian and forklifts use the openings. The columns are clear anodised aluminium, and in some cases, can be powdercoated to enhance their protection.
