Designed and manufactured by DMF International, the RL3000-FRZ Rapid Auto Roll Door is purpose-built for freezer and cold-storage applications. It delivers reliable high-speed performance and minimises temperature loss in extremely low-temperature environments. 

The door panel features a unique poly weave material made with a LobsterBack design. This design consists of overlapping 15 mm-thick insulated sections to minimise thermal transfer. Integrated heating throughout the side frames further supports smooth operation and reduces ice build-up in freezing conditions. The side frames and covers are made with corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium and provide strong seals. With opening speeds of up to 1.5m/sec and a flexible bottom edge that eliminates cold bridging, the RL3000-FRZ combines energy efficiency with operational reliability. The system is managed through DMF International’s LCD-equipped control platform and supports multiple activation options, such as motion sensors or floor induction loops.
