In and Out Rapid Roll Doors

Project Overview

DMF recently completed an installation of sets of Series RL3000 Rapid roll doors for an existing pharma client in western Sydney. The application was a 10m wide doorway and the client required two rapid roll doors to create an IN and OUT controlled access from the warehouse. With no structural provision in the centre of the doorways, DMF fabricated a custom mullion structure for each to offer support and protection for the central components of the rapid doors. The image shows the before and after.

The activation for these doors is by induction floor loop sensors and safety sensors included multiple photo-electric light beams across the doors. The control system utilises a 240V Servo system, fully programmable and with additional functions for inbuilt modules should the application require these.
