DMF again supplied 18 units of Series RL3000 Rapid roll doors to a large snack food plant in western Sydney. Being an existing client in other plant locations, DMF were favourably selected using their already proven door model. The doors were required to have special powdercoating to protect the aluminium door structure from caustic cleaning agents, and some doors required battery backup units to allow emergency opening in case of fire and power failure. The RL3000 rapid roll door is full manufactured in the DMF Sydney plant, and can now also be manufactured in Melbourne by the principle company, Premier Door Systems.
DMF have been manufacturing the Series RL3000 rapid door for over 25 years and are continually undergoing developments to improve and expand the capabilities of the door model. Stay tuned for some new features to be released soon.
